COUNTY FINALS WEEKEND
Please note that the County Finals Weekend will be held at Wigton BC on Saturday 27th July and at Whitehaven BC on Sunday 28th July. The programme for the two days is shown below. Please come along and support the players if you can. Good luck to all finalists.

Finalists are requested to note the following points:
1. All players (men) to be smartly dressed in accordance with the rules set out in paragraph 3 on page 25 of the 2024 County Handbook. The wearing of coloured (including grey) trousers, shorts etc is permitted so long as all members of a team wear the same colour. The wearing of white trousers, shorts, etc is not obligatory.
Women will be wearing county uniform as already instructed.
2. Players will be required to affix either red or blue stickers to their bowls. The stickers will be provided on the day. Stickers, particularly ones that have been on bowls for a long time, can be difficult to remove so you may wish to remove them before the day to save time. (A handy tip for removing old stickers is to pour very hot water on them which melts the glue and makes them more easily removed.)
3. Smoking and vaping on the green is prohibited.
